FillPak Converter is designed to
generate void-fill material at extremely high speeds with maximum
uptime. There are three standard operating speeds: 30, 45 and 55 inches
per second. The system is designed to fit over any conveyor to dispense
product directly into a box, further increasing the speed and efficiency
of packing. The FillPak converter is designed to integrate easily
into a void-fill or pick and pack operation. As with other Ranpak
converters, system integration and modifications are available.

FillPak TT Converter generates paper void-fill material
at an extremely high speed for multiple pack stations. Standard
operating speed is 55 inches per second. The totally modular, rotating
system with adjustable stand allows the operator to easily install,
load and use the converter to provide maximum up time and throughput.
In addition, two different stand options are available to fit any
packaging area. FillPak TT dispenses void-fill material directly
into a box, further increasing the speed and efficiency of packing.
